Dr Patel is amazing but the rest of the staff makes too many mistakes at the patients expense. When I called to book appt I provided my insurance information and was informed the eye exam would be covered (free). I ended up paying $120 I go to the exam room and the lady made me sign all these consent forms and when I stopped to read them she rushed me to sign by saying “oh it’s just hippa, just sign here” then I was moved from one machine to the next without any verbal disclosures to then find out 1 part was optional and $40... read more
The entire experience with Dr Garrett was great, he thoroughly examined my eyes and made sure nothing was going on. Then I went to get my glasses with hearing ordered, Dawn was amazing and explained everything from cost to when I can expect my glasses, being able to ask questions and getting straight answers is priceless. Thank you all!!
