The office staff are very difficult to work with. My son has been seeing Dr. Teddy for 12 years and will not go back. They will not work with you on anything. I have paid out of pocket twice a year for 12 years. Their attitude is very uncaring. I guess that's what happens when you move to a bigger building. It all starts from the top.
Bad bedside manner. Very impatient. Way to quick to sedate EVERYONE! he should not work with kids, as it was obvious he has no patience. He could not even get my daughter numb without traumatizing her. FYI she never EVER has had such a horrible experience as this, and this was only for a minor filling.
I hate to give the doctor such a bad review. It is more about his office staff. I called on 3 different occasions on each they gave me a different runaround about what I needed for my insurance.They clearly don't want to do their job because I shouldn't have to do this much work to figure out all of the insurance stuff. I have never been to a dentist or a doctor that required this kind of work to just simply get an appointment.
