Mrs. Brown is absolutely disgraceful. She handles the patients here with such hatred and contempt. She is ill mannered and her only concern is the money that's in it for herself. My mother who has been a patient of Dr. Brown for 3 years, has consistently had to endure his wife's nasty treatment towards her. My mother who is out of her medication called today, after trying to get in contact for weeks now, to get a refill of her prescription only to be told by Mrs. Brown that she would not be getting a refill of her medication... read more
Horrible dr. Came for a visit only to be asked very inappropriate questions which had nothing to do with anything ENT related ! Very unprofessional!!!
Office staff specifically Mrs. Brown is horrible. She is extremely rude when speaking to her. She sighs loudly on the phone, doesn’t let you speak, talks over you, yells at you, and brags that she is Mrs. Brown. News flash nobody cares. Everything is handled completely disrespectfully at that office and it seems no one cares to fix the problem. Mrs. Brown can go fly a kite. I will be calling the board on them. Mrs. Brown totally ruined Mr. Browns reputation. He should check his wife.
Rude Front Desk & Absolutely Unacceptable Behavior I waited two months to finally see Dr. Teddy… only to be treated with unbelievable disrespect the moment I walked in. The front desk secretary was rude, unprofessional. Her attitude was unacceptable for someone working in patient care. From the first phone call I made to this office to the actual procedure on my nose- it was a wonderful experience! I was treated with the utmost kindness, compassion and respect. The waiting room was a calming space with soft music. Patients were sharing their experiences and the positive results of their visit. My visit was on time and everyone there was incredible.
