I was referred to Dr. Brown by my GP. The woman who answered the phone was loud and rude! She would not listen! After scheduling an appointment, I received a message 15 minutes later saying my appointment was cancelled.. no reason! AVOID THIS PRACTICE!!

My experience went as far as continuously getting sent to the answering service for the office. When I did get a call back it was from Mrs. Brown and I could not believe the voicemail she left. When I called back, Mrs. Brown answered and the way she spoke to me over the phone has completely ruined her husband‘s reputation for me. I will not be going to this office, based on the experience I had with Mrs. Brown and how she belittles you and is very passive aggressive when speaking. Dr. Brown did a pretty good job diagnosing my sinuses infection. He ordered a CT of my sinuses. In all Dr. Browns care was OK. The main problem with his office is the front office lady. She is rude,doesn't follow up on the patient to make sure an appointment is made after they receive radiology reports. Terrible front office..
