This dentist should be avoided, but since we live in an area of high Public Assistnace and he is the only dentist that would take Access card, it was almost impossible. This was of course, unless they refused to see you and/or were very rude to you on the phone when trying to set up an appointment. Driving to United Dental in Butler, Pa is defintely more worth it to avoid the non-smiling, non-encouraging staff at Zawislaks office. I had to go to this dentist since its the only one my insurance covered. Mad horrible jokes and ended up cracking my two of my teeth. One I had him remove since it split into 3 pieces. Also had to go back twice after since he didn t bother to make sure he had removed all the pieces. I also made sure to pay co-pays and ask if everything was covered. 2 years later they started sending me bills stating insurance didn t cover all my visits (visits I ended up having since he broke my teeth!) Don t go to this person ever!!
