Needed a urologist in the Destin Florida area amd found a great one. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Never felt rushed during exam.
Intelligent, kind, treats problems quickly and efficiently without excessive testing if not needed. Highly recommend from a retired RN!
Came in for a procedure. Got a surgical site infection and for 3 days I called the office to complain of it and Chung said it was a hematoma but refused to see me in the office. Diagnosed over the phone. Ended up going to the emergency room for the infection after stopping by his office to see him, which he refused to see me. His office called while I was being admitted to the hospital and said the same thing - hematoma, take anti inflammatory and soak in a warm bath. I had a fever and was going septic. The nicest Dr. I have ever had, he explains everything and even gets you in in an urgent situation, I use the Destin office and the staff/nurse are great, I have referred multiple friends to him.
Good. He gets right to the point and is very good at listening.
it does take more time than I'd like to get an appointment but Dr. Chung is efficient, answers questions well, is thorough in his explanations and overall easy to work with. His staff is also very easy to work with - there are very few strong urology professionals in the area, making Dr. Chung in demand and harder to schedule.

I highly recommend Dr Chung for any man wanting to get a vasectomy. Dr Chung is very professional and has an amazing bed side manner. My vasectomy was basically painless. The only pain I had was when he administered the local anesthesia which was only for a sec. He was very respectful during the procedure, he helped me keep my mind off of the procedure by talking to me about day to day stuff. The procedure was only 10 min. I had no pain days after. Thank you Dr Chung for a great experience
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Chung and his practice. I was plagued with a kidney stone that 3 different ERs and one other urologist were unable to locate. Then I switched to Dr. Chung, and he not only "found" the stone, but also removed it via ureteroscopy. Moreover, pretty sure due to where the stone was "stuck", a stent didn't even have to be placed after the surgery. Dr. Chung was friendly yet professional. It was really easy to schedule appointments/surgery.
