I received a call just now and spoke to a woman who just hung up on me after I explained how unprofessional it was to call me and not leave a voicemail. I call back about 4 more times due to being hung up on, being out on hold for a long time, now finally spoke to someone and got hung on after confirming to cancel my appointment. Never in my life have I experienced this treatment. It’s sad because this does not reflect the doctors mannerism with her patients.
Dr. Zaire Tazeen is an excellent physician. She is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. My experience with her medical care has always been very positive. Unfortunately, the performance of the office staff is very disappointing. On several occasions, I have been given incorrect or conflicting information regarding paperwork, referrals, and other administrative matters.
