I thought this was a great doctor that I spent 5+ years with, just to feel like a number and not be cared about. The office staff is the absolute WORST. Renee will argue with you and tell you that you’re wrong. You WILL have to call 20+ times just to get a single person on the phone to fill a prescription and hope that they actually get it right or send it over. For a mental health practice or physician, this is ultimately bullshit low level care with low level staff. Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Herzog may be okay, but his accounting office is CRIMINAL. I gave my daughter my CC to use ONE TIME, and the office continues to charge it although each of us specifically told them they DO NOT have permission to keep my card on file. When she called to get it straightened out, they said they will keep charging until she gives them a new card. On what planet do they decide to get to hold me ransom for trying to help! Thank God for Bank of America so we can keep criminals from taking money at will!!!!

Dr. Herzog is absolutely the best psychiatrist i have ever met with. I have been a patient of his for 4 years now and have recommend also a family friend to him. He listens, gives you his best advise, and is truly there to help you! I have seen over 15+ psychiatrist since i was 8 years old from childhood trama and he hands down the best!

I find Dr. Herzog to be incredibly unprofessional and unqualified. 10 minutes prior to my first appointment with him for ADHD testing, I was informed that he would not see me until I visited with a doctor and sought treatment a potential alcohol abuse issue. This was purely based on a questionnaire that I had answered and submitted two months ago. If he had the common decency to speak with me, he would have learned that since then, I had drastically reduced my alcohol consumption by cutting it out for an entire month and kee... read more
