He ruined my eyes 👀 promising 20/20 visión. My vision is 20/60 and 20/70 instead. I should have brought him to court.
The worst! I If i could give them 0 stars I would. Just came from a visit in which they informed me that my eyes were going to get dilated. No one old me in advance and because I had to go back to work, I told them that I would have to reschedule. When I spoke to the office administration and explained the situation, expecting that they would not charge me for the visit given the lack of information they didn’t provide, she had the nerve to say I should have know that I was going to get my eyes dilated since I was coming for... read more

I was very pleased meeting Dr. Poole for the first time recently. He was very thorough as I am a diabetic, and he was on time. No long waits in his waiting room. He was courteous, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him. He also has an office at Mt Sinai in South Beach for convenience. 5 stars.
