This office has the most friendliest and professional employees. It is one of my favorite doctor's office to visit. I especially feel at ease and comfortable with Dr. Duan and her staff.
The staff are very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. They seem honestly concerned about making certain my glass frames physically fit me, rather than trying to cram frames on my head to make a sale.
I really like Dr. Duan, she makes me feel cared for and I think she's very competent. Everybody in the office was so nice. You have plenty of time to get to know people when your eyes are dilating.
Always great service. They take the time to get to know you and your needs. Will go the extra mile to make sure your vision is well taken care of.
I'm just going to go ahead and call this place the jackpot of the eye doctors. Friendly and courteous staff, caring and knowledgeable doctor; you can't really ask much more out of any business to be honest.
