Dr. Fatema and her staff (Gloria) are very kind and helpful. Dr. Fatema takes her time with patients, is knowledgeable, and has a very kind manner. I took my grandson there for his first doctor visit and he had a great experience. Now he is not afraid to go to get examined or get shots. I loved the no hassle appointment process was and appreciate them scheduling that same day! I didnt have to wait long either. What a refreshing thing to happen in Gwinnett county these days (2021) with almost a million people!
My daughter was tested abnormal for Hypothyroidism which requires a specialist's treatment. When Dr. Fatema talked to me on the phone, she expressed that she would send out the paper to the specialist asap. Three days later, I followed up with her and found out from the hospital she did not. 10 days later, nothing happed and I called her again and found out she did not submit the test result again to the hospital. This is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE to the patient. She cannot be trusted.
Dr.Fatema and her team are very caring and dedicated. Dr.Fatema has great expertise and knowledge for pediatric care. I,m taking my 3 kids to this office since 9 years.We always get excellent service and personal attention. We appreciate this.
I have been taking my daughter to this doctors office since she has been born.I have ins but haven't met my deductible,so they turned me away.Even after advising them that I would pay tomorrow. My daughter was bitten and they just turned her away without a care. I will definitely find her a new pediatrician. One who offices would at least care enough to wait 24 hours
Dr. Fatema is very patient and informative. She makes sure you understand everything she is doing or recommends. She also is very attentive and I love the fact that I can call late at night or on the weekends and she answers the phone. Very comforting! ?
