I had a previous terrible experience at this location- the appointment took several hours because I wanted to use my own frames and the assistant was new and had to ask for help several times. The lens that I received never worked for me. I decided to give them another try because I I was already in the system. I came to my appt today- I was running behind- less than 10 min from my scheduled appt and was told that the doctors were shutting down and I needed to reschedule.
