always friendly and very quick I was in and out in 30mins and most of that time was me picking out my glasses. such a great selection on frames too
Eye doctor is completely rude,
I am not one that is very happy with Dr Tavel in Greenwood. They cannot get your order right, (happened to me more than once), they cannot keep the same staff more than 6 months,and the staff they have now have been very rude to me in person and on the phone. I will not go back.
Not very friendly service....
Appointment was 4:15 & 4:30. Was not seen until 4:45 (no apologies or explanation) BUT... the worst part is this: My girls insurance is Medicaid. While we were waiting we were looking at frames. The attendant who helped me register KNEW it was Medicaid and was even showing us frames. After when we find we need glasses, and we get the ones we want, one of the attendants said did anyone tell you which frames you get? I said no. I've been waiting 45 min and asked the lady at the counter if they are always this slow. She said yes corporate makes us schedule 15 minutes apart we always run behind. thumbs down on this place
To long of a wait. My appt was at 12 and its now 12:35 and I haven't seen the doctor yet... Not a good way to start off my first visit to the eye doctor
We had a bad experience. We won't go back. We got glasses last year. My husbands never fit him right they were lop-sided on his face and they never fixed them. One of the arms on my glasses fell off after only three days of wearing them. Granted they fixed, They said if it happened again they would not. Just horrible customer service.
