Not Happy! 15min before my appointment I got a call from Dr. Travel Eye Care telling me they didn't have authorization for my insurance and were unable to get it until the website was back up. Before I even made this appointment I called to verify they did take my insurance. They had asked me if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. NO I don't want to reschedule!! I am on my way now!! I can see now Very good service here. The doctor was extremly nice and worked really hard to make sure I got the precription that was right for me. I even got a buy one get one free deal!
