The girls who work here are so helpful and friendly. They really go up and beyond to help you. I will for sure make this place my eye doctor office from now on. plus Dr Jones is awesome. He was my Dr. at Walmart and is such a great doctor. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!
Dr Ball and staff are simply terrific! My son was fitted for contacts and Teresa was so very patient and professional with him as she walked him through the whole process. He was very nervous, but she made it so easy on him. When making an appointment, ask specifically to see Dr Ball. Unfortunately, there is another doctor at this location who seriously needs to work on his professionalism......
Very enjoyable visit. Fast exam and nice friendly staff. I found no problem or anything to complain about with location OR staff. :-) They helped me get just what I wanted and I will stay loyal to them when talking to anyone about eyecare in Bloomington! Well done Dr. Tavels!!
Abhorrent Customer Service – I wanted to make it known that I will no longer continue to be a client of Dr. Tavel's office. I have been a client for approximately 7 years at the Bloomington, IN location. My decision to discontinue patronage is due to the abhorrent level of customer service I have received over the years, and the majority of the poor service lies with one of the front desk employees.
