Got my contacts cant see out of them gotta wait a whole year to get new script did my trial pair it was fine but few weeks out cant see nothing highly upset
Would never again go here. The doctor was rude, stating that I would not get a refund if I decided not to come back for a pair of glasses after the visit. Mind you I waited almost and hour to be seen for my SCHEDULED appointment. What ever he put in my eyes burned and continued burning for a week. My eyes were blood shot and I could not open them. I ended up having to make a trip to the emergency room. Not only did the doctor dilate my eyes but he dilated them and sent me out the door. So I had to drive home seeing I tunnel ... read more
Service was terrible. The Dr. was rude. Ray-Bans come with a cleaning cloth, don’t try and lie and say “these don’t, we have some for purchase. “
The newly renovated office looks nice. Other than that nothing positive to say. They are supposed to run eligibility for my son's insurance before they even have you come in and they failed to do so, resulting in me wasting my entire morning for nothing. They should have let me know ahead of time that something was wrong with his coverage so I wouldn't have even wasted my time coming to the appointment. So now my kid still has no glasses and I lost out on time at work.
.I have been to this location on several different occasions trying to get contact lenses.First appointment the wrong contacts were ordered for me with the stigmatism that I have.After returning for a second appointment I had to call my secondary eye care provider and ask him for the prescription for my glasses to give to the doctor at the Dr.Tavel office.Afer the appointment the doctor said that he would order two sets of trial contacts for me to try and see which pair worked out better.I got a call to pick up my trial cant... read more
Had an issue with lenses I purchased from another optometry shop. The optometrist at Dr. Tavel checked the lenses, compared them against my old prescription, and made a recommendation about how to address the problem. She was very insightful and went out of her way to help me although I am not a customer of Dr. Tavel. I truly appreciate her help!
I found this Dr. Tavel location through my insurance company's website and had never heard anything about them before. I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a friendly receptionist when I made my initial appointment & also when I called to reschedule for an earlier time. They changed the time without any hassles at all! I loved the confirmation call I recieved in the morning of my appointment and the great, friendly, inviting care I recieved while there. Not Happy I am getting ready to buy new glasses, however I will not consider Dr. Tavel again. I bought glasses there last year within the first 3 weeks the right linse just fell out, the screw was not lose, that leads me to belive it wasn't put in right in the first place,it left a large scrach and the store would not do anything about it unless I wanted to pay over $80.00 to replace it. This was my first pair of glasses and I think that was very pore custermer service. I would not advise anyone to go there. Dan Brown
