The receptionist was not helpful. Her main priority was payment and qualifications. She was more concerned about insurance responsibility rather than my concern or urgency for medical attention. When a patient is in distress the last issue on their mind is payment questions and problems. I did not even get a chance to book or ever meet the Dentist,Ms. Tatiana.
So grateful for tatiana and staff taking me in on emergency no questions asked .. had all paperwork ready for me to sign due to my time constraint. Clean place, very patient and smiles all around this office.
Can’t rate doctor itself as I could not get an appointment scheduled. Taking to the receptionist and we began with the fact that , yes, doctor accepts new patients and your insurance, but insurance does not cover much of the cost. Tried to ask how much service would cost. Ended conversation with “doctor doesn’t accept your insurance and you have to find someone else”. One minute conversation.
