I've had a terrible experience with Dr Herzog and Dr Richard Valera ruining my top and bottom full smile makeover. My teeth are plastic temps and i never got my final zirconia teeth since jan2024. I've begged the Dr Herzog since jan2024 to finish my teeth. She refused my request for a refund and dismissed me with crooked broken plastic tops and all implants were installed improperly per 2 other implant specialist. I have been a patient of this doctor for many years and trusted her with my care, but sadly I can no longer say she is someone who truly cares about her patients. I have been in severe pain recently and reached out repeatedly, only to be ignored and left without any support. A good doctor should show compassion and concern for their patients, but instead, I was met with silence and indifference. beyond awful...my wife"s mouth is a total mess due to the absolutely pathetic care and mal-treatment from Dr Herzog...paid $25 K up front for abysmal treatment and care...can"t wait to get finished and hopefully never see this office again...would absolutely never recommend this office under any circumstance ! it"s beyond belief that someone can pass themselves off as a professional, this office is not to be believed !!!!
