I just called to set an appt for my 2 daughters, Veronica answered asked me why I wanted to scheduled and the name of my insurance. Once I told her who it was she went on to tell me that she had never heard of it I told her it's a Aetna plan(PPO) she than again told me she didnt know if they took it I told her that I found the doctor under my insurance directory. I asked her if they verified insurance, she told me they don't do that til the day of appt and she would hate to schedule me an appt just to find out the day of the... read more
Dr. Sousa is Awesome! Caring, knowledgeable, and I could go on. I called just about every friend I know telling them about this outstanding Dermatologist. I felt very comfortable with her explanation of the diagnosis. And she touch the area!! The rash is gone after 2 days. Thank you Dr. Sousa! The previous doctors "not at this office". I had visited would not touch the rash like symptoms on my ankle. They just took look made a face and prescribed a medicine that after 3 weeks neither prescription worked.
