They closed their office and did not notify us, we drove a long way to make our appointment time and there was a note On the door saying they were closed until the next day. They have been nothing but issues for us and now this. Unbelievable!!! UPDATE: Your team member called to "reschedule" the missed day due to your office being closed. TERRIBLE. They did not want to honor a STAT (right away) Referral from my Infants Pediatrician. They tried to make us wait 2 months to be seen, finally they agreed to see us in a week after they made me "prove" via email that my child needed to be seen right away because the STAT Referral and Imaging he'd had done was apparently not enough to convince them my INFANT was in dire need of urgent assistance. This review is entirely based on their incredibly poorly managed reservation confirmation system that they take zero accountability for. I received a call from the front desk receptionist confirming my son’s appointment. Great! Later, the NEXT day I received a follow up text- even better! Always helpful. Well, while on my way to my son’s appointment, I receive an email asking if I was ready to check in for his appointment with a different time than the text stated. We've been consistently frustrated by the office's lack of communication. We've been patient, waiting for them to call us as they've promised to do, then when we finally have called we've been sent to voicemail. In our experience, they don't return calls, so we've had to call every couple of days until someone actually answers. When on the line with them, they've been short and unhelpful. Please continue to study the brain. Could you do some on adults as well? I'm in Yuma and have several brain disorders, but it's hard to get into a specialist here. Seizures, Bell's paulsy, etc.
