Tara has an intensity that doesn’t click with me, but that doesn’t mean she’s a bad provider. Im grateful to her for gathering a group of amazing providers in one space. In the appointment I had with her she kind of made my disability feel like something I was choosing to have, which didn’t sit well with me. I've seen Dr. Shelby for 5 years and have healed in ways I never thought possible. She has worked with me as a partner in healing, especially in dealing with my gut issues. My daughter and I have been seeing Dr Shelby for over 14 years. I have always felt she cares for the whole person not just a symptom , like I imagine an old fashioned Dr. would do . When my daughter was in the hospital, she came everyday to check on her and talk to the hospital staff assigned to my daughter. She listens and always has great options to choose from. The office staff is caring and very easy to talk to . I love the energy of the office , I always leave hopeful that things will be okay
Dr. Shelby and her clinic are all about making profit, she does try to help people but her primary focus is not on their wellbeing but rather on making a business empire, and hiring young and very inexperienced specialist to work along-side her at Village Medicine. She uses every attempt to refer her patients to those new doctors/specialist at her clinic. Dr. Shelby and her staff are amazing. Dr. Shelby has helped me with gastrointestinal, hormonal, pregnancy, and postpartum issues. She uses a great blend of science and intuition. I always finish our appointments feeling empowered.
Horrible service, office staff is rude and short .
i have been dealing with a nausea problem for over 15yrs. i Went to Dr Shelby and she figured out the problem immediately. I wish i had gone to her sooner!!
