I understand why so many negative comments now.. They are very adamant about beng on time(as they should be). Show up wait for 2.5 hrs get called back I ask them to take it easy the last time they strapped him down he said 'she hurt me' now his gum has been messed up for a week. We go to tell the Dentist to which the dentist responds by sending an assistant out saying that she would never hurt a child and that I cannot bring my grandbaby back. The hygienists told my child if she moved again they would “put another needle in her mouth” my child is 7. Incredibly rude staff, incredibly unprofessional and should be ashamed of the way they treat children. The wait time is awful. The staff talk to you like you’re an idiot or they don’t talk to you at all. If I could leave no stars I would. My child is TERRIFIED to ever go back there. Shame on yall.
Her staff is the bomb!! They go above and beyond to help and my son is level 2 autistic and they know exactly how to handle him and I can’t thank them enough!!! 100% recommend this dentist office for your child! Love, love, love them!!!
Awful wait times and horrible chair side manner
I have taken my kids there for over a decade and they're absolutely wonderful with them! They are warm, friendly and do an outstanding job. You do have to wait but Dr Moncus is the only dentist there who sees many, many kids a day. Worth the waiting!!! My kids love her and the staff.
Waited for 3 months to get my daughter in to see Dr. Moncus only to have a text sent canceling her appointment with no explanation! Called to reschedule and was told we would have to wait another 2 months to get an appointment. Totally unprofessional!
Rudest bunch of people I’ve ever met. Don’t waste your time with this office. It’s terrible. Wouldn’t trust them with my kids.
