I was introduced to Dr. Grahovac as I began to navigate my cancer journey. I ended up deciding not to have surgery here but that had nothing to do with Dr. Grahovac - I decided I wanted to go to a bigger research hospital. I found her to be a good listener, very thorough in her explanations and I did not feel rushed. Everyone I encountered in her office was warm and friendly. I think she and her team are a great and much-needed addition to women's health in this area.
Our consultation with Dr. Grahovac was professionally delivered, specifically describing in detail her diagnosis and next steps including treatment options. The time she took with us provided every opportunity to ask questions. However every question we had formulated prior to the consult was answered before we could even ask. We were given a copy of the notes that she was showing and speaking to along with the pathology report of which she described in detail. Dr.Grahovac was very compassionate & extremely informative making certain that you understand all your options & took the time with me to assure I was making an informed decision regarding my breast cancer treatment. I read horrible information about breast cancer & mastectomies on the internet. I had my mastectomy & was completely pain free & sitting up & talking to my family members upon arrival into my hospital room.
