I can't say enough good things about the people and the company. They have helped me so much even when they didn't have to. I'll be recommending everyone to them, even friends from out of town.
I wandered into SPECS one day while walking my dog knowing that I need some help seeing while driving at night. I was able to book an appointment for the very next day. Excellent care and experience from start to finish. The Dr was intelligent, kind and efficient. The whole office operates like a well oiled ship I was in and out in under half an hour for my exam. My mother recently went here and had a wonderful experience with Caitlyn, who was very kind to assist with her repairing her sunglasses. She said she cannot recommend this place enough - excellent customer service.
SPECS is wonderful. I have challenging eye care needs and I am abusive on my Eyewear. They always take good care of me and my glasses. Family-owned and local and very professional. I happily give 5 stars.
