Ridiculous expensive! $500 for glasses I can get on EBay for $5. Later one of the screws broke and they told me $200 for repair.
Dr. Thiel is efficient, well organized, punctual and makes you feel immediately comfortable and at ease. She explains all procedures well. She is the very best Optometrist I've ever been to.....and I've been to many. She truly embodies GRACE! I highly recommend her!

Avoid this place like it's a glass of Flint, MI water. Like any theif, they smile and tell you what you want to hear while you shell out $200.00 for an exam and contact fitting. But after the honeymoon they don't want to service the customer. Front office clueless and inept. Dr., an eye Dr. Has God complex. I would give minus 2 stars but it isn't offered.

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Kiser today during my eye exam. I haven't had an exam in years and have been having vision problems, and Dr. Kiser took time to talk to me, and discuss my history during the exam. I felt like all of my concerns were addressed. I would recommend Dr. Kiser's office for anyone and I will revisit Dr. Kiser for future exams.
First of all they rush the eye exam. Secondly the staff is never the same and tries to sell you more features than you want thirdly it took four trips to get lenses correct . My glass lens still falling out
Had an apointment for an eye exam on 9-10-14 at 10:00 A.M. The weather was windy and raining got to the Berwyn location at 9:53 A.M. I looked inside the store and there was an employee inside. I tried to come inside because the wind almost blew me away but the employee only was allowing in other persons arriving I guess they were employees too. My family and I moved here from NC and this is the first eye doctor we went to and have not changed. We have had a fantastic experience every time we have gone. Hardly any wait time at all and great staff! I refer all who ask who we see.
