Worst experience ever! Went for routine checkup/physical. I was repeatedly asked about performing additional test. I explained I could only have the services performed that were covered by my insurance. So after some checking they assured me that everything would be covered by my insurance except $30 which I paid before leaving the office. When I returned for test results they had lost my bone density results and had to redo test, my hormone panel had some how been done without checking testosterone levels. Been a patient here for over 10 years. Every since Dr. Sneed has moved to this new location I've only had horrible comments about his staff. They have the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. Put you on hold for over 5 minutes every time. Rude to you after youve been on hold for so long. Can't even answer a question without you having to go in for an appointment. I could go on and on about his staff and yes I have brought it to his attention when he first moved here.
