New doctor did nothing for my daughter and still had to pay for the visit
I have no issues with Dr. Rackley. I have issues with her front office staff. They are so rude, not helpful and disrespectful! My girls have been patients of Dr. Rackley for several years now and I have had to update my address many times and they still seem to have old addresses and I haven’t gotten any bills. Come to find out that I now have over $500 in collections dating back to 2022 because I never received a bill. Dr.Rackley and her staff are very friendly and attentive. They are amazing with my kids and always take their time to explain the facts to any questions I may have concerning our children’s health. They give us the information which allows us to feel confident in the decisions we make for our kids.
