1-Delayed appointment. 35 minutes behind schedule. 2-before leaving I was told I would receive my results within 24 hours. After a short discussion, they had in the system tests that I did not take. Hopefully the mistake is not also being billed.

Having to interact with Mercy and Gleny is truly a pleasure; both are super efficient, competent and with a problem-solving focus.
