Altogether, the combination of my experience with Dr. Lee and her practice have not been ideal. As a patient and - myself - a registered nurse, I would not recommend her practice.
Worst service ever, she refused to discuss our plans to become pregnant and told us to schedule another appointment because she didn't had time. She double charge us, we pay in the office and receive a bill by mail, she charged $400 in total for a new patient for 15 minutes of "consultation". They sent some Lab tests but never called us to give us the result, they billed us $90 for the lab tests that we never saw the results, when I called to complain they told me sorry we forgot to call you.
Awful! Wouldn't recommend to anyone. This doctor is unprofessional, lacking in bedside manner. My appointments were cancelled after I was already waiting in the office or on my way there. My birth plan wasn't followed. Dr. Lee won't listen if you have questions or concerns but will get egotistical & defensive, trying to rush you out of the room after waiting an hour. She mixed my medical charts up w/other patients telling me I had a blood disorder. Not sure how she managed to finish med school
It took me 2 months to get lab results back, just horrible the lab results were fine but the communication or lack there of is awful.
