She was my doctor for years until she couldn’t take my new insurance. It was actually a blessing, this doctor ignored a lot of things I’d go in for and I was told to “just stretch” about 90% of the appointments to relieve the pain I was having, fast forward everything she ignored I now have to suffer for. Dr. Tana has been my primary care doctor for over 5 years now and I have received nothing but the best care from her. Her concern for the well-being of her patients is evident in the extra time and attention that she provides both in the exam room and in any necessary follow-ups. I recommend her whenever I get the opportunity.
Dr Tana has provided excellent care for me and my family for over 13 years. She is always very attentive, never rushed and spends quality time with you! She is very thorough in her examination and review of any questions that come up. I am very thankful she is my Doctor!
Staff is very rude
Dr. Goering is very attentive, kind, and sharp! She will study your charts and discuss different medical options/ medications with you patiently . Very pleased!
She really listened to my symptoms and about my medical history. She was kind and knowledgeable.
The Customer Service is horrible. When trying to work out billing issues with the insurance company, I was told to leave and they didn't know what to tell me except my insurance had not paid. I had the insurance company on the phone and they would not even let them talk to anybody about this issue. The insurance company showed the bill paid in full and they were trying to work through the discrepancy. I was told " I'm sorry we can't let you see a manager."
