When I first came to see Tammy my back was in such pain,I could hardly walk or get comfortable to sleep.My union doctor was pushing surgery.Tammy was able to bring me to a level of comfort without surgery,to where I could work and do daily activities.I have done acupuncture and stim machine and have continued with maintenance as needed.Tammy has also suggested exercise routines and supplements that have greatly improved my health and flexibility .She has been a true blessing.
