My experience with Dr Jones & MDVIP was not a positive one. A brief meeting with the Dr to go over lab results, recommendations were made based on areas of concern. I was never asked to follow-up to check and see if the recommendations were working. That was the last I ever saw of the doctor. I’ve never had this kind of experience with any of my physicians. I’m going back to my Concierge physician that was very hands on and not a waste of $2k.
Dr. Jones and her partner Art closed their business Contour Laserspa at this address without any notice to their clients who have prepaid them hundreds and even THOUSANDS of dollars for services we will never receive. I chose this location because of Dr. Jones since, according to Art, she is a black physician familiar with how to treat a particular medical issue in people with brown skin. Dr Jones provides great care. She always makes time to explain test results carefully and fully. If any unexpected issues arise, she is always willing and able to address your concerns throughly and promptly. In short, she is everything that one should expect from a high quality doctor.
