Dr. Tammy Chang-Motooka office was absolutely wonderful. I had forgotten to bring bands for a retainer and one of mine broke. We were here on vacation and I called many places to see if anyone could provide them. I was unsuccessful until I called her office. A very friendly receptionist answered my call. And though the office near my hotel was closed (I didn't have a car available to drive to the second location) He was able to arrange a pick-up with a lab assistant who happened to be there. Recently during our vacation my daughter broke a bracket. Not sure what to do I called the Hawaii Orthodontist office number. it was after hours however they listed the names and telephone numbers of the names and telephone numbers of the Orthodontists. I called Dr. Tammi Chang and left a voicemail thinking I would most likely have to wait until the next day to get a call back. To my delight Dr. Chang called me back within five minutes and reassured me they could see my daughter the next morning. We were able to get my daugh... read more
