Dr. Arnold is a criminal. She nearly killed my 95 year old father at Mission View rehabilitation center. Too many drugs. Ambivalent to causr and effect of her actions. Purpose of too many drugs was to lengthen my father's stay at Mission View rehabilitation center --to collect his Medicare monies. STAY AWAY !!!
