Extremely knowledgeable and attentive.
Not sure if I got the Dr on a bad day, but although he did a thorough check my daughter's appointment was 1/10. I bought her in thinking she might have Metatarsus Adductus. After he was done checking I mentioned I bought her in for "meta something" -forgot the name and I didn't have my phone handy- 1) he had no idea what I was talking about 2) told me my google research wasn't comparable to his schooling - ok valid. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I waited nearly two months for an appointment, only to have it rescheduled two days before by a full month. Then, two weeks later, I was informed that due to a change in insurance policy, the office would no longer accept my insurance. Now I’m left having to start over and look for a new doctor, which means waiting all over again. This level of disorganization and lack of consideration for patients’ time is unacceptable.
