Bait & switch dentist. He presented well in his sales pitch then passed me off to his wretched assistant who damaged my gums, caused additional problems which compromised my health. The list is so long but the worst part is that Dr. Shalaby wouldn’t address it and the front desk girls (fake nice) treated me with disrespect when I expressed her inability to perform dentist tasks.
