I saw Dr. O’dea for a Chalazion removal at the Southcross office. If you want someone caring, understanding and sympathetic seek another Doctor. I’ve had this procedure done before with Dr. Thomas and it was a rather smooth process. Dr. O’dea was rude unprofessional and very rough with me. Horrible staff, cancel surgery 2 days prior to suggest lens implant for a week to make extra money, have to go to another location for eye measurements, nothing but run around. After almost year of run around & then never setting up surgery went to different eye clinic & doctor was able to get everything done in one day & surgery the next week. Don't waste your time or money at this clinic!!!
