Dr Tran listens carefully, asks relevant questions to determine diagnoses and best treatment and he never rushes the appointment. He replies to messages on MyChart quickly and provides orders for labs and Rx as needed. Very kind and professional doctor!
The service they received was good but the billing was not reasonable. I had my first annual physical with him because my doctor had moved to other state. I explained my condition and later found out there was an extra charge for the office visit, only because I shared with concerns on my knee and he offered some advice, no prescription or anything.
Dr. Tran and Dr. Moon are absolutely lifesavers! I am so glad I found their practice. My husband and I started to go regularly due to neck and back issues. After having several sessions of acupuncture, cupping and chiropractor adjustments, we feel as though our health has improved tenfold. I know for a fact I am getting world class specialized treatment and also I feel like my health concerns and well-being are truly being tended to with care and absolutely professionalism.
