VERY disappointed! Before my exam, Dr. Kroner asked if I had any concerns with my teeth. I told her the gums on my lower right side hurt when I chew. She very firmly stated in a lecture tone, "There is nothing wrong with the implants Dr. ____ put in!" I was stunned. She had not even looked in my mouth and I'd said nothing about implants. She asked no questions about it nor did she check the area that hurts. This was the first time I'd gone to her.
