Dr. Kwok and his staff are a breath of fresh air. Everyone is attentive, caring and professional. He is approx. 35 minute from our home and well worth the drive. The Doctor is easy to talk to and understand. His facilities are in Wooster Community Hospital and are clean and welcoming. So glad we changed health care professionals.

Once checked in I had a very short wait to get in. In the patient room my fist encounter was with Libby who was very friendly and professional. She made me feel at ease about seeing a new doctor. She took my vitals, recorded my prescriptions and explained a little about the practice. Again there was not much of a wait till the doctor came in. Dr. Kwok was friendly, as where the entire staff, He made me feel at ease and was very ease to talk to. I was impressed with the whole visit from beginning to ens. 

Patient care has gone downhill

We had been seeing Dr. Kwok for many years and were very happy in his care. In the past couple years all that has changed. He throws steroids and antibiotics at every condition as of late! He missed a critical rise in my husband's blood work. He got in my husband's face and yelled when we could hear his answer to a question. He is difficult to hear with his mask on. Today was my firs time seeing Dr. Kwok. I obsoletely loved him. He spent a lot of quality of time getting my history, asking me questions, explaining everything and had a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone. My husband discovered him while he was in the traumatic care unit and Dr. Kwok checked on him and from then on, the rest is history. Trust me, I do not normally give rave reviews on everything unless it is warrented.

My wife was under Dr. Kwok's care on TCU. We were ready to discharge her early. Dr. Kwok misdiagnosed her without proper diagnostics and ordered a treatment that made her ill and caused her to be transferred to the ER, unresponsive. Proper care reversed her condition in less than an hour. When I spoke to him about his mistake he was rude and callous. He implied caring for her was a waste of medical resources.

I have been seeing Dr. Kwok for about 7 yrs. Dr. Kwok is the Best Doctor I have ever had. I have read in one of these reviews where one person said Dr. Kwok threw pills at them. I have found the exact opposite with him. He took pills away from me. He is very caring, smart, and patient. I am 71 yrs old, and I am doing better today than I did yrs. ago. Dr. Kwok and his staff are very caring. I am so grateful to Dr. Kwok. I pray that he stays healthy with COVID 19 going around. I will never change doctors. He is the very Best!

This man has totally ruined my family. All he knows how to do is prescribe pills. He then blames the patient when there are issues with said medications. Yet he prescribes, over, over and over. Please stop practicing medicine sir! You begged me once not to sue...........I can't look the other way this time.

TREATED FOR EAR INFECTION. WAS TREATED WITH THE WRONG ANTIBIOTIC AND EAR DROPS. EXTRIMELY PAINFUL EAR AND WAS NOT TREATED CORRECTLY. HAD BEEN TREATED, FOR SAME PROBLEM IN OTHER EAR AND TREATMENT WAS DIFFERENT. WHEN I CONVEYED THIS INFORMATION TO DR. KWOK IT REFUSED TO LISTEN. VERY RUDE. FIRST DO NO HARM.
