I called them in order to get my perscription and a person over the phone was just the meanest person I have ever talked to. I dont know if she had a bad day. Even if she did, is that ok to explode her frustration to an innocent costomer who just needed little help? Is that really something to get mad at just because I couldnt understand the word she just said? There are so many eyedoctor centers in ca. Many of them offer certified doctors and great costomer services, but not this one.
