I didn't know this individual was a doctor when I met them. This person informed me when my child was born that my new born (in the hospital) had to have an auditory exam performed or else they were going to call child services on me (my child had no auditory issues). This person also did not inform me that the services they were providing were out of network. It turns out that the state of Texas had no law mandating that a child have an auditory exam. This doctor has committed fraud and I was billed $326.00 for it.
