Cataract surgery was excellent, I can see so clearly now
My mom went for a consultation and they charged her $250 copay, only cash. Even though she was in network. So when she complained, the front desk had the audacity to be like who told you to have money? you can pay the copay. Who speaks like that? On top of that her surgery would’ve costed 4k, they said ONLY CASH. This business is not trust worthy, that is not okay. This business should be reported.
