Cardiac surgery results were disappointing. Valve replacement resulted in minimal improvement. After care was poor until moved to different floor. No explanation as to results.
Dr. Karpinski took over my 87-year-old mother’s case on short notice after the original surgeon left the Hospital’s employ. Dr. Karpinski performed an aortic valve replacement and double bypass with good results. Dr. Karpinski can be blunt with facts, but she was kind to my Mom and, frankly, we appreciated how forthright she was with risks and expected outcomes. Great doctor, excellent staff
I met Dr. Karpinski in June 2017 when I learned I had Major Cardiac artery blockage and would need emergency bypass surgery. I immediately liked her based on her explanation of my situation and the required surgery. During the surgery she kept my wife (family) WELL informed on my situation and progress through her staff. The Surgery was an outstanding success and my recovery is exceeding expectations.
Dr. Karpinski and staff are wonderful!
They make you feel like family. Everyone is very caring.
