I was recommended to Dr Hardgraves office only to call and immediately say you will get a call back. I called the next day and got a very smart mouth person. I say maybe I should call back. I did and the call went to voice mail every time. And said it was after hours. It was 10:30am. Not sure if I should make an appointment. It's difficult anyway. I will call my Doctor and have him recommend someone else. I gave 1 star shouldn't recieve any.
I believe Debbie the office manager attempted to charge me $125 for cash pay price and not use my insurance. My copay is $35 (10 for eye exam & 25 for contact lenses). They were trying to confuse me with what my insurance covers but I’ve had the same insurance for 10 years now and know my exam costs 35. That is how much I paid at Hargrave in 2024. Dr. Hargrave & her team are the best. I’m greeted every time I go for the office visits. Dr. Hargrave took care of my cataract & glaucoma. Her office is a one stop shop.
