I visited Hargrave Eye Center to have detailed photos of my eyes taken to monitor changes in pigmentation. Despite paying for this service, I never received the photos. After multiple follow-up calls, the office acknowledged that they had lost my photo records and scheduled an appointment to retake them. Dr. Hargrave's team is amazing. She immediately diagnosed the issue with a family members vision, and all was back to normal. Definitely will return for annual vision exam

Before walking into this office make sure your insurance is active. You will be treated rudely if there is any issue with your coverage. Claudia at the front desk was civil until a lapse in my sister insurance was discovered, but became rude . We paid out of pocket for the visit that day, but the quality of care was very minimal. My sister is currently blind in her right eye and is legally blind in her left eye, but can see with a contact len. However, the vision in her left eye is off centered.
