He was very complete in his explanations.
I just love Dr. Ly! He always makes me feel so comfortable and has a very nurturing spirit. I always feel like I'm in great hands and he keeps us laughing. I love that he's always on time too, never any wait time. I just wish he could be my regular doctor because then i might actually go.
I was impressed with Dr.Ly do to the fact that he wasn't in a rush to do surgery or give me steroids because of my high BP. I've been through trigger finger surgery once with a different Dr and it wasn't a pleasant experience, so I was worried about going through it again, but Dr. Ly actually talked to me instead of at me. I'm actually looking forward to working with him on this ongoing issue.
