Dr Sharma is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He has always been on time and takes into consideration any financial ramifications of the treatment he suggests. This man helped save my life when I needed open heart surgery. You won't regret seeing him!
What a nightmare dealing with this place. Tests were ordered and done for my heart palpitations and there has been no effort to contact me about the results. My Dr. is on leave and I guess there is no one else to follow up on the tests.. I have called and talked to staff and sent e-mails and no follow-up. I just do not understand how a business like this can stay in business. Go elsewhere if you value your health.
This place is awful! It took four days and more than three hours on hold to make an appointment due to inadequate staff making appointments....try 25-30 minutes each time you have to call. Twice they said they would call me back by the end of the day and did not requiring me to call again and go through the process of holding again for a person. When I finally got an appointment.... two weeks later they cancelled it VIA text message with NO EXPLANATION and directed me to call the office to reschedule. NO CHANCE! I asked ... read more
I waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever picked up. I sent a message online, still have not heard from them. What gives?
Dr Raza is responsible for overseeing my recovery from a stent that was put in my main artery to my heart that was 99.9% blocked. He’s a great mix of big time no nonsense addressing your health issues with a disarming and warm bedside manner. His staff are also professional and and empathetic while guiding you through tests and appointment setting.
