I enjoyed at first meeting him and sharing my problems with him. And I appreciated the help he gave me. But I also noticed that he can be very angry for small reasons and argue and humiliate his patients. Dr. Mumtza is a great psychiatrist, he takes the time to listen, problem solves when medicine need changing. If I spend the time to make appointments that is best for my child, not for myself, then I have not difficulty in getting appointments before I child is out of medications. If I wait to get the "absolute" appointment that only makes thing s easier for myself, them I may not get into the doctor in time to keep my child on medications. My mother forced me to go here as a child for my depression as well as several undiagnosed mental Illnesses she claimed I had. She has some serious issues of her own and our relationship was very toxic. As an adult I realize how messed up it was that I was never allowed to speak for myself at this doctor at all!
