I have been working with him for over 8 years and during that time he has worked on several new crowns and several implants. His work is superb.

Worst place ever
Very unprofessional setup. The front office staff is quite disinterested and frankly even rude! We were made to wait for more than an hour and a half, despite having an appointment. No explanations were provided when we enquired as to what was taking this long.
Runs a very unorganized and unprofessional office. Staff is unable to submit proper claims to insurance. You will have to spend hours working as his medical billing staff for free since he doesn't train his staff. I tried to request a copy of my invoice. I had to call 4 times over 4 days. They refused to comply with that simple request. I finally had to send a notarized certified letter making a formal HIPPA request for just to see my invoice! His office has literally caused me mental anguish.
Dr. Masi is a great dentist. He is very knowledgable person, also very gentle, caring and professional.
Every crown Dr Syed Masihuddin of Merchant Square Dental did for my wife,daughter and myself were improperly placed and all need to be replaced stay away
Went to see Dr. Syed. Had an excellent experience going to the dentist. I would recommend him to all my friends
