She couldn't tell me anything about my child. She insisted that lip tie's and tongue tie's were a fad even though our lactation specialist, occupational therapist, and physical therapist all agreed that our child had both. She also told us we weren't allowed to ask for referrals and recommended that we stop trying to nurse our child and pumping and eventually formula would be enough. Extremely rude, very inconsiderate and not very good at her job. Send her back to school.
Very aggressive and short answering questions. She told us that she didn’t have time for us and that she was there just to do a physical exam to our son. She said she would call me about a vaccine issues but she never did. She seem very lost and was not able to answer simple questions like is our son sleep and nap time schedule was appropriate
