Very awful staff! Very bad patient service: I just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy by Dr. Gaddam, I was attended to the hospital for few days, after the procedure I didn't get a chance to speak or see the doctor at all. The other doctor who admitted me to the hospital had prescribed me another Medicine (for my colon) that I felt might be contradicting with doctor Gaddam's prescription. Dr.Gaddam is the most amazing doctor I have worked with! He is nice, always smiling, has excellent knowledge in his field and made every effort to explain everything to me until I understood and always allowed me to ask tons of questions without feeling like I was hassling him or he was rushing me out of the office. I am forever grateful that I was so lucky to be referred to Dr.Gaddam. I have dealt with many other doctors regarding my crohns disease and Dr.Gaddam is far and away the best!
He is the most caring and empathetic doctor i have ever met! He takes time with you and listens. He makes you feel like your on your time not his time.
